AviLine Data Export
At the end of the analysis,
the data can be saved in a text file, with the file being placed in an
output directory below the directory containing the video. The filename
is generated automatically, and shown in the status bra t the bottom
left of the AviLine window. If the same video is analyzed
repeatedly, the file will not be overwritten - a new file adding 1 to
the filename will be created.
The data file contains the name of the video analyzed, basic
information about its frame rate and duration, the position of the
lines on screen and measures of the movement. On MS-Windows, the file
can be read by Excel. On Linux, it can be read by OpenOffice
If you want to see where the lines were drawn on a particular video, close (File | Close) any video being displayed and then reopen the data file using the menu File | Load Config (assuming you have not overwritten the data with a different Excel format). You can print the video with the lines showing (File | Print).
If you want to analyze another video using the same lines, open the new video and then reopen the data file using the menu File | Load Config
